See the Delaware Today Photo Spread

We've been updating a wonderful kitchen for a Showhouse in Wilmington, Delaware.

An architectural gem, located in the prestigious Westover Hills neighborhood of Wilmington, Delaware, the home and gardens have been thoughtfully designed into Delaware’s premier Showhouse.

The house built in 1927 for the Duponts last updated its kitchen in 1972.

With a team of dedicated professionals the kitchen has been transformed to reflect its history and surroundings as it sits like a grand lady nestled into a beautiful and historic setting.

Because we envision a calm oasis where activity usually abounds, we chose a monochromatic palette to create a unified seamless visual flow throughout. Our color cues come from the surrounding natural setting. Warm grey, taupe mist and wheat topped with buttery cream. Influences of stone, boxwood and the rustic luxe of natural linen sparked by metallics bring a sense of refined comfort creating a desire to linger and entertain.

To the neutral background palette we added spark and interest by choosing berry, coral and persimmon accents.
